How we use AI.

A short list, published so clients do not have to ask.

Where we use it

  • Transcription of recorded interviews, checked against the audio for every quote we publish.
  • Research retrieval, such as locating filings and prior coverage. Every result is verified against the primary document.
  • Data cleaning support for survey files, reviewed by our research editor.

Where we do not

AI does not write drafts, headlines or quotes, and it does not fact-check. Client confidential material is never entered into tools that train on user data.
